MacOSX 10.4.11, Pages 3.0.2, HP 2605dn on my MacBook, Minolta printer at a photo shop.
In Pages I've exported a A4 size page as a PDF files with the option: middle resolution (better).
The resulting PDF prints fine on my HP.
When I print this file on the Minolta printer at a copy shop, there is an extra 0.5 cm white margin around the whole page. The page is centered in the middle of the paper and the content's size is slightly reduced, which, consequently, leaves this extra margin.
Is there an easy fix?

It sounds to me, that the minolta at the copyshop maybe can't print edge-to-edge and so consequently the operator has opted to output the file to fit within the printer margins. So you get the white edges and the smaller content.
To fix this, you could reduce the dimensions of the file to fit properly within the margins, or you could specifically ask the operator to output on an edge-to-edge device if he has one.
Or you could ask to have the file output without any re-scaling, you would still get a white margin, but the content should at least be 100%.
Does that make any sense? Hope it helps.

Thanks for your quick response. Rummaging through some previous prints from the shop, I see that it is possible for them to print the way I want it.
