iTunes and DVD player is not working on my Dual G4. I'm running OS10.3.9 Any idea on how I can get it to work again? Thanks.

Log off and back on. See if that works. If not, make sure both applications have been quit (check with activity monitor) and do a Finder search for the plist for both. Trash them, empty trash and try to open the applications.
If that fails, use your Software Restore Disk and reinstall both.
