Used Handbrake to convert some movies to mp4. Plays fine in iTunes and QT but won't let me import it to my video iPod. I used the h.264 setting and the files are about 500MB each. What do I need to do so I can import my movies to my iPod?

Just go back to the encoding...change that format back from h.264 to mp4....I also had trouble out of that format, but when I changed to mp4, no problem whatsoever

I believe it is, I think Handbrake is just having some issues.

You have to select the "baseline profile" for h.264 or it won't work on the iPod. Under "Encoder" in the Handbrake window, you have to select x264 (Baseline Profile). Then it should work fine, as long as it's under the bitrate limits, etc.
