Lets suppose that i want to copy a dvd or convert some video from one format to format that works on an iPod or iPhone. Which of the following would i use? Toast 8 Titanium, Roxio Crunch or Popcorn 3?

I feel like Toast has all the features of Roxio Crunch and Popcorn 3 put together. So what's the purpose of Crunch and Popcorn then? Why would anyone buy Crunch or Popcorn instead of just getting Toast?

What am i missing?

Maybe because Crunch is only $39.99, Popcorn $49.99 and Toast is $99.99?

hey there,
just wanted to get you some clarification on the programs. we're not trying to fool anyone. we've got these 3 programs with different price points to fit different needs of the user:

Crunch: convert files
Popcorn: convert & burn
Toast: convert, burn, audio, video, +more

Make sense?

Think of them as Toast, Toast Lite and Toast Super-Lite.
