Can't host custom games on Warcraft 3

	Hey everyone. This is an issue that over 3/4 of the people on Warcraft 3 have; they can't host games. I've been trying to find out how to change it so I can, but have absolutely NO idea. I'm only 13 years old, and all this confuses me. I've tried talking to some people on Warcraft 3, and they've said some mumbo jumbo about my IP number and Router. I am NOT using any firewall, so that's not the problem. Could someone please fill me in on what routers are and how to host custom games on battle.net? Thanks in advance.
