What are your favorite sites for downloading icons?

I've been searching for a good list of the best sites for downloading high-quality icons, but haven't had much luck.
I'm mainly looking for designers' personal sites and other gui/icon forums, not the other sites like iconfactory or resexcellence.
Not necessarily asking for anybody to compile a list here, but asking for someone to at least point me in the direction of something along these lines. Thanks!

I like Pixel Girl Presents. It's not a forum, but you might find some good stuff there.

I will get slammed for DeviantArt but it has lots of neat stuff, not all is useable but lots of neat stuff...
certainly Interfacelift has great playful icon sets.
