After my successful Vista installation, I seem to be coming up on a network card problem and I don't know exactly what is triggering it (this time it was Windows returning from Sleep Mode).
What happens is the network card fails, no networks can be found.
Which I than booted back into OSX to find that in the Air-Port Radar in the top-right drop-down menu says "No Airport Card Installed".
Restarting the computer fixes it, this time it took 2 restarts. I've never experienced anything like this before, and if anyone has, any information would be appreciated.

I'm also going to add that Yes, I did try re-installing the BootCamp drivers from my Leopard DVD and that did not work.

I've renamed the thread to something a little more descriptive.
You should run the Apple hardware test from your boot DVD. There could be a problem with your wireless hardware.

I agree. Either the wireless card is failing, or it's become unseated and just needs to be put back into place.

Well it's been 2 days and it hasn't happened again, so I'm guessing it just solved itself.

In earlier versions of XP, it was occasionally necessary to do at least two restarts (at least warm boots) to get certain drivers to "stick." Perhaps this behavior is showing up again under Vista? Either way, you're in a situation that suggests that you not depend on your Vista installation for "mission critical" applications... Keep your eye on that thing.
