Good work on his part! He's up to a year's free rent in Phoenix, worth anywhere from 6 - 10K I'd guess - perhaps more. He's gotta be careful not to accept cash at this point as he needs something worthwhile to trade up to. He's also into the property realm, so it would be worth his while trading in that market.

I hope he pulls it off.
