What a zoo.
The weather seemed hotter then what you'd expect for the middle of October, it rained everyday, torrential downpours. The good news there, was the fact the showers only lasted an hour, maybe two tops.
Disneyworld was crazy busy too, I've gone to disneyworld in October before but I've not seen it this busy. hour waits seem to be the norm for most rides.
Not a bad time, but it wasn't what I was expecting, nonetheless it was nice, the kids had a great time but I'm glad to be home in my own bed.

It a sign of the end.
Oh, and sorry about your weather.

My stupid iPhone game: Nesen Probe, it's rather old, annoying and pointless, but it's free.
Was free. Now it's gone. Never to be seen again.
Off to join its brother and sister apps that could not
keep up with the ever updating iOS. RIP Nesen Probe.

Raining every day for an hour or two during the summer was the norm when I lived in Florida.
So were hour-long lines.
But I'm glad to see you still had a good time. I always did.

Except its not summer but rather fall. I've been to Disney in October previously and never saw the crush of people I saw this time. The same goes with the heat/rain but you can chalk that up to being FLA.

Awesome place, it was a timeshare, Marriot Horizons near SeaWorld. If you have kids this a great place. They have number of pools on site, with slides, sprinklers and such. It's like a small water park right onsite of the resort. Plus it was only 20 minutes away from Disney, Universal and 5 minutes away from SeaWorld

We went last week September & first week October 2004 on Honeymoon from UK, just after hurricane, and in two weeks it rained just once, whilst we were on shuttle bus, so we didn't need the ponchos we bought before going !
We found the whole of WDW was fairly empty, no crowds at all.

I was in Orlando for a convention last week and all the tourists drove me nuts at the airport.
