Short summary of what I need: I will be printing and framing about 50 photos over the next few years, and I want all of the frames to be identical. All photos will be 5"x7". Can someone recommend an online store that will print, frame, and mail me the photos?
Long summary of what I need: Some of you know that my family has been highpointing recently. (See my signature for our web site with a longer explanation.) We will have a photo taken of our family in each of the 50 states. Some photos are ready now, and some will be taken 15 years from now. I hope to edit each photo to add text on the bottom describing where and when the photo was taken. I want to create a wall of photos with identical frames, since I think this will look the best. Then a visitor can look at the photos, read about the location, and compare our family over time. I could print these out at a local store, shop around for frames, and hope that the quality and look match over time, or I could go the easy route and purchase them online from a reputable seller (which I prefer).
I have two basic questions:
1. Can someone recommend a good printer and framing company to get these delivered to me with minimal work?
2. Is there a frame type that looks good for landscape/portrait photos that will stand the test of time? I'm thinking of a simple black frame.
