i dont think there are any built in, but you can download something like tenon's itools, which lets you do a lot of unix stuff through a web interface. it's not free though, but i think thre's a free 30 day trial.

Don't install iTools unless you can deal with reinstalling Mac OS X if you want to remove it (even the demo!).
For free, you can get webmin, which does basically the same thing.

WTF !?!?!? the 631 port works remotely !!
This is a huge security risk ... I mean specially if you have a print server ... damn .. is there a way to shut it down ?!?!?

Why not use the built-in firewall? Uncheck Printer Sharing in the Firewall tab of the Sharing prefpane.

Samba has a web-based admin tool (very, very comprehensive) - port 901. If order to get it working you have to edit your inetd.conf file and do a few other little things - no great shakes. See MacOS X Hints for the lowdown.
You might also be interested in Webmin - basically this is a web admin tool that pretty much lets you do *everything*.
