upgrades for older macs

i have a couple of 7200s, and a couple of 7100s. 4 things:
1. Should i upgrade
2. what upgrades should i get?
3. where can i find the best prices for number one(^^^)
4. they are also for sale(check out the marketplace-FS:older macs)

1 - NO.
2 - Don't, its not worth it.
3 - Man, you can't even find upgrades for a 7100 anymore. The 7200 you can buy new I think still... If not search ebay, they are 7200 specific.
A 7100 is completley useless. Dont bother with it. Give it away before you trash it though. A 7200 is almost as usless, but there are more upgradable. you are better off buying a more worthy machine such as a beige g3, bw g3 or even better G4. They are much better deals.

Hold one of the machines for "educational reasons" (e.g. for your kids to mess with it around). Don�t waste money on upgrading such machines. They�re too incompatible with nowadays hardware. Sell them on ebay...

go to ebay.. find a 7600 motherboard. $15-20. fits right in.604 cpu. upgrading any higher is not worth it.
