Believe it or not I still haven't finished Deus Ex, I got about half way through and then got distracted. Since then I have purchased a Cube with a Radeon card in it. The problem is with the Radeon card I get white artifact lines throughout the screen. Has anyone else experienced this or have any possible solutions?

Documented prob, I think.

What resolution are you running at?

Increase it

What did the trick? Increasing the screen resolution?

What you need to do to fix the white lines in DeusEx is to open up your DeusEx.ini file and find the Rave rendering section. Change TextureComposite=False
to
TextureComposite=True

Or you can download the Deus Ex Multiplayer patch (35MB or so I think). It has a workaround for the bug built in to the application.

What exactly does the TextureComposite setting do? (apart from flipping the renderer between two states, of which one causes the white line bug)
