How are you blocking ads with Safari 3 on Leopard?

I'm using this atm Sagefire :: Journal Blog Archive GoodVibrations CSS but I much prefer a plugin so I don't have to relaunch safari any time I make a change or want to temp disable it.
I realize all the inputmanager methods don't work now, does anyone have another solution other than the hosts file or privoxy?

Safari sucks in terms of ad blocking - I'll use Seamonkey or Firefox until it blocks them all.

Well, I have SafariBlock installed here on Leopard and Safari 3 but it has not blocked any ads yet eventhough it's enabled.
I followed the instructions here: TextMate Blog InputManagers on Leopard
simply make an InputManagers folder in /Library/ and then, after all your plugins are installed, run this command:
'sudo chown -R root:admin /Library/InputManagers'
Right now I also have Inquisitor installed. I couldn't get the preferences for Inquisitor to show up by using PlugSuit, so I did it this way.. Install Inquisitor like normal, but take the Inquisitor folder out of ~/Library/InputManagers and put it inside the InputManagers folder in /Library instead and issue the Terminal command shown earlier.

AdSubtract.css is the successor to goodvibrations. It works better (hides more ads and still lets through CNN & FoxNews vids).
Ad Subtract 10-2007 - MacUpdate
shinji: you don't have to restart Safari to remove css changes. Just select 'none' in the Advanced pref pane, and you should see the ads reappear. You may have to reload the page.

Move to China then. You're already closely aligned with their beliefs anyway.

Yeah. I've been using it for a while now and love it. Better than CSS.

I would try this but safari 3.1 still gobbles up ram like there's no tomorrow. I hate having to restart my browser every few hours.
Firefox 2 does as well, but FF3b5 doesn't.
