Thinksecret says that several of their readers who ordered right after MWNY have seen their Apple Store order status change to Shipped with estimated arrival Thurs or Fri.
I ordered mine several weeks later and my order still says Being Assembled. Any early buyers have Jag in the mail?!

Seems like Apple has been underpromising and overdelivering quite a bit lately. Especially in regard to ship dates. Now if only they had the sam policy with hardware updates.

I read (somewhere) that a person reporting this ordered Jaguar the day after the keynote. Well, I ordered the day OF the keynote, and mine still shows as "being assembled".

mine was 'being processed' in an email I received yesterday (Tuesday). I ordered only late last week.
We'll see. I'd love to get mine early.

Mine was "being assembled" last week according to The Apple Store for Education UK, now it has reverted to "being reviewed".

I called them when this happened to me and they said it was an internal review and doesn't mean anything. Changed back to Being Assembled within a day.

Yup, new PMs have it preinstalled. New eMacs have a Jaguar upgrade CD in the box but not installed on the system.
It'll be out the 23rd as the Stores stay open late for a special event.
Check out the Flyers at the store. Front is the Jag Pattern with "Hello Kitty" overprinted on it.

I remember when 10.0 came out, Staples (of all stores) got it early and threw it up on thier shelves. Guess it couldn't hurt to check out some local retailers

What other local retailers out there would be stupid enough to sell Jag before the 24th?
I checked staples - they don't list Jag on their website - would they stock it in there stores?
The other office stores (max and depot) don't seem to stock Apple items at all.
That leaves me with only two other outlets, Comp USA and Microcenter. I don't think that they would sell it early.
Any other ideas? Otherwise I am going to have to travel to the local Apple Store.
