Well, technically you can go back and get the Medicine BH if Amata likes you enough to request your assistance in "Trouble on the Homefront" but the one at Raven Rock (explosives or something? who knows) must have been pretty tucked away because I'm usually thorough at finding stuff.
Of course now with my second character I forgot the Medicine BH in 101 and will probably not be invited back because I'm evil.
It's looking like I'll settle for the "got most of them" achievement and be done with it.

Actually you can get that quest no matter what your relationship with Amata was. But after that you're out of the vault forever, so you can still miss it (like I did).

Hmm, I guess I still have a chance to get them all with my current character then. Unfortunately I won't have Fawkes with me after Raven Rock to hand out the beatdowns.
Also, I'm confused with the story-line. At Project Purity when dad dies you also see Colonel Autumn keel over from the radiation, but later at Raven Rock he is alive and well. I can only assume he was rescued and resuscitated by Enclave reinforcements and they left dad to die.

This is what the Fallout Wiki says:
Autumn overtook Project Purity and seemingly died when James flooded the project's chamber with deadly radiation. However, he managed to survive by injecting himself with a mysterious medicine - likely the Enclave's more powerful equivalent of Rad-X or Rad Away, which (sadly) cannot be obtained by the player in any way.
Don't remember that happening in the game, though...

So with my evil character I get to Raven Rock, snag the bobblehead, and all is well.....or is it?
I never got the Strength bobblehead before I blew up Megaton....gah!
<sigh> I guess I'll have to start at an earlier save from my first character, get to raven Rock, AGAIN, and then go get the myriad of other bobleheads I already have on later saves.
What a pain.

Actually I'm going to hold off - there are some major issues with it right now and Bethesda is working on it. I'm going to wait for the "OK" before I pull the trigger.

Cheers sek. I'm wondering if I take the risk and buy it in France. Sometimes games allow you to change languages/subtitles, sometimes they don't and TBH I prefer my gaming in English.

No option for subtitle language over here. You'll probably want the US or UK version then.

Very good so far - parts are quite creepy, and a much different feel from the rest of the game. I think I'm about 2/3rds of the way through right now. It's quite a cakewalk with my level 20 character, though.

Its like home but.... in ruins. AWESOME! I've decided to go through it with my new character (level 6) because Alaska was a joke with my level 20.
Its a much more RPG exploring experience than the linear run and gun Anchorage campaign, its worth your hard earned or government given cash.

I'm thinking I'll use my level 20, but greatly limit the amount of goodies I 'take' with me. I don't want it to be too easy.

While i can't speak for "The Pitt", my run through Alaska was a breeze w/ my level 20, Almost every enemy went down in a single VATS outing. But i really wish i would of used my new character due to the fact that you can get some unique and awesome weapons from that DLC that could of been very useful in my trek through Capital Wasteland, i have a feeling "The Pitt" is going to provide these same types of upgrades. Also you can return to the 'burgh after to complete the achievements (unlike Anchorage).

Does Anchorage have any achievements that you don't automatically get by beating it?
Finally got my new Visa Check Card in the mai, just DLed it and am currently within hearing range of the first gun emplacement. Pretty cool, used my evil character with 95 sneak, those commies don't know what hit them. I've already dumped well over an hour, but I like to take my time, so I don't think I'll have it finished in 2hrs.
I'm going to TRY my hardest to stick to Anchorage tonight and NOT beat it fast. Looking forward to The Pitt next.

Yes. There are ten intelligence briefcases scattered throughout the simulation. You get an achievement for finding them all.

actually no it doesn't count for an achievement, but by collecting more intelligence cases you do gain better weapons/stuff after you leave the sim

Ah you're right, it's the Steel Ingots in the Pitt that have an achievement. And they are a BITCH to find.

so i'm working on some of the achivements i missed out on my first run through...
Today i was trying to finish the "Nuka-Cola Challenge" and as of now i have 23 Quantums, i know for a fact there are 3 inside the Nuka-Cola Factory (if you start the machine) but after spending 40 minutes in there i cannot find that area, the only place i cannot go (that i remember/can see) is the locked door as soon as you enter that requires 100 lock picking skill (which obviously my level 9 character does not have). Am i missing something? any help sek/jokell?

Are you able to get into the basement area where the neon-blue water and many Nukalurks are? That's how I reached the assembly-line area. I got the NC achievement with a character that was not a 20, did not have a 100 lock-pick skill, and I got the 4 that are in the NC Factory basement.
Just in case you didn't know, Eulogy Jones' house in Paradise Falls has 5 Quantums.
Also, it looks like somebody isn't happy Fatty is kicking their ass at a certain game's achievements...

Yes indeed. From a big old 32" CRT.
Ironically my camera has a tough time making regular pictures look decent, but it photographs screens pretty well.

Photoshop helped. A little de-interlace, gaussian blur here and there, and some unsharp mask to finish it off.

You'll take it again, I promise. Most the of the achievements left for the games I have either are impossible online, time-consuming, worth-little, or the Orange Box, which I can't bear to play right now.

I think I mentioned in another thread to Kevin that I got bored with the beginning. Constantly running from those guys, one gun... it sucked.
