The guy is just not gonna pay if he knows about the new PBs and the pricing.... And if the vendor is fair, he should understand that (although I doubt it)

If I were the seller there is no way that I would allow the retraction. It's a pure market system and frankly, I'd try and sell that puppy for every last penny I could get.

Anyone want a 400mhz Pismo?
No...seriously...

Like I said, if the vendor is fair..... Anyway, you can be pissed but if the bidder does not pay, there is nothing the vendor can do.

How much do you want for it? What specs?

ebay is a right scam. its very well setup so crooks get the upper hand and real buyers and sellers cant do anything.

Nice one... best part is they ignore emails that report crime, obviously it looks bad to post such things (and therefore stock price drops)

You may want to provide a link to the actual auction somewhere on that page.

some people lose their head at auction... i dialed into the Enron auction to buy a plasma screen but people were paying 25-50% more than RRP for 1-2YO out of date used ones... idiots. One lady thought she was paying in US dollars but it was UK pounds so it would have cost her 200% of RRP. (not to mention shipping). being a real auction they must pay...
