So, I stay up pretty much all night on the weekends, and then don't sleep in, I get about 6 or less hours of sleep some weekends, and during the weekdays I get very little sleep.
Um, so ya, just wondering how many of you here don't sleep much.
And why?

i just got adjusted to less sleep during the school year. call it responsibility. call it whatever you want. ive learned to survive off of 5 hours of sleep a night without a nap. i can go 8-6 straight and be good. now that summer has started i think im losing it.

I find it very difficult to sleep. I usually don't go to bed until 3-4am at the earliest, and then get up for work at 8.30am...

Damn you and your 12 hours of sleep. I used to be like that, but at about the start of this year all that changed.
Last night I was up till 6 AM, and got up at 2 PM, 8 hours of sleep, not at all bad for a weekend.

i am lucky to get 6 hours sleep a night...i find it difficult to sleep well at the best of times, and then when work requires travel the time zone changes really mess me up.....i will actually take a pill for it once in a while but you can't (or at least shouldn't) do that every night.
