Ever wonder what Radiohead's Creep would sound like re-done as a smoky torch ballad? Of course you have!

PMJ has come up in various threads from time to time—Haley Reinhart has just a spectacular voice for sure. That snarl is incredible af.

Where I struggle with PMJ in general is trying to get any meaning or emotion out of their material. It’s pretty eye and ear candy. But once you get past that, it feels like empty theatrical calories.

I freely admit that may just be a function of their medium—PMJ needs clicks, not commercial acclaim. But there have been many covers over the years that have provided new and interesting meaning from the material, or squeezed out some emotion you just hadn’t realized was there. PMJ feels like it’s just dressing up in a costume and winking slyly at you the entire time.
Mankind's only chance is to harness the power of stupid.

The music isn't to everyone's tastes but if you like good musicians and want to discover arguably the best female vocalist going you should check out Nightwish.

Its long but watch to the end to experience your first Floorgasm.

The production on that entire gig is mind-blowing. It sounds more like a studio album.

If you prefer musical theatre to metal they do a mean version of Phantom of the Opera. Theres a great live version with original vocalist Tarja (in a yellow coat). You can hear Floor do it on a Dutch TV show called Beste Zangers too. Both worth hearing.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....
