The acelp.net audio codecs STILL aren't supported...what a complete Joke, Microsoft should try some of the content on their own site whilst testing a product.

WMP is still ass.

Drag the scroller on the player and watch it choke on the video.

Of course, this could be some of the OS. QT rules on the mac and is pretty lame on the PC.

At least I don't miss out on content by refusing to load it. Still can't play an asx file format which is what our local sports radio live broadcast uses.

I was hoping this might fix the inability to view videos on launch.yahoo.com but apparently not, seems that yahoo still does browser checks. Has anybody gotten this to work yet?

You could try Debug>User Agent>IE:Mac or IE Win or something. Of course you first need to enable the debug menu, use tinkertool or type this into the Terminal:
% defaults write com.apple.safari Includedebugmenu 1
all on one line.

someone gonna upload the plugin?

im pretty sure it will work for Safari without the rest of the crappola....cos me aint installing dis crud without knowing exactly what is installed and where and without an uninstaller..bah
