I am using an ethernet connection on my powerbook to create a peer to peer wireless connection to a MacBook with airport. This works great, but after about 15 minutes the PB terminates the connection.
What do I have to do to keep it open?
Thanks!

Peer to peer wireless networks, formally called "ad hoc" networks, are NON-persistent by nature. They're supposed to not stay in effect after one or the other end disconnects. I think your real problem is that the PowerBook is terminating its end. I don't know why it should disconnect after 15 minutes, but hopefully someone else does and will post here.

Right - thanks - you're right - but I want it to stay open for a few hours - it seems to do it whenever my pb switches to screensaver.
