Back in 1994, Chris Sawyer via Microprose released a game called Transport Tycoon. Eventually it was discontinued, but a group of devotees decided to take matters into their own hands, and the result is Open TTD; an open source version of the game.
I played it a lot in 1994, and recently discovered there's not only a Mac version, but it's also playable over the internet. It's been
the game for the last couple of weeks, and I urge anyone who likes the tycoon kind of games to give it a go.
