Me and my powerbook just got hit by a car.

I'm fine, by powerbook took the brunt of the impact. The top left half of the bottom took most of the hit. The phone jack and ethernet jacks are crushed and the case is severely warped.

It powers up, the CD-ROM makes an awful noise. But it won't boot.

Anyway, anyone know if the Rev A. ram is compatible with the Rev B. 12"?

I assume the airport is.

wow... that sounds awful.

I am glad that you are fine, however, I am sorry to hear about your powerbook. Maybe it gave it's life to protect you.

The RAM should work fine in a new rev B 12 inch book.

The battery shoud be saved. The keys could come in hand too, so save them.

Wow! Sorry to hear about that. Hopefully Insurance will cover the cost of a new one. Glad to hear you're OK, but in a morbid way, can you post a pic of the Powerbook? Just to see how the well or poorly the chasis held up.
