Apple 17" LCD definition

	When I am looking at the Finder/ Exporer control bar where it says File/ Edit/ Vew etc on the right side it has very fine gray lines which are a normal part of the Apple 'lool'. However, on the left hand side these grey lines disappear and the conrol bar is just white as they the screen is having problems with definition. Has anyone encountered this? I have Applecare so I will give Apple a call today. When you buy an expensive LCD monitor you want to be getting the very best resolition at all times.
