I dunno if anyone else is having these types of poblems, but recently Firefox has been locking up making me force quit it. It has also been sparraticly loading pages very slow - after which I try the same site in safari and it works fine.
What browser do you guys use? I would like to use firefox, but if it keeps having these types of problems I might have to switch to safari or camino.

Firefox is my primary browser. I use Camino and Safari also. With Firefox, I am very careful of the extensions I have installed. Once in a while, I will install a new one that is a little "buggy" and causes problems. I quickly uninstall and try running. Most of the time, everything is back to normal.
Have you installed any new extensions recently? If so, try uninstalling them. Worse case, reinstall Firefox clean and then start adding you favorite extensions one at a time.
Again, I use Firefox every day.

No Keychain... No Spelling dictionary... No thanks!
Safari, Camino and OmniWeb are all I've used for day-to-day use for years.

That really has nothing to do with his question.
Try removing your current profile (at ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox) and starting fresh with a new one.
I also use Firefox daily with no problems.

The second part of the original post asked "What browser do you guys use?" so zro answered it...

At work on my PC running XP Firefox reversed all of my keystrokes.
I'd type "keystrokes" for example, and I'd get "sekortsyek". Now *that* was a strange problem. Any guesses as to why that might have happened would be well-received
Back on topic - Camino's a lot nicer on the Mac in my opinion. I use it when Safari's misbehaving on certain sites (or when Safari can't do something I need it to).

Hmm. Perhaps it had something to do with Firefox inappropriately preferring a Hebrew or Arabic keyboard layout, or some other right-to-left language setting?

Ah, good thinking - if it does it again I'll check around and see if I can find anything to support that idea.
