Just checked my software update and lo and behold, I find this:

The 10.3.4 Update delivers enhanced functionality and improved reliability for Mac OS X v10.3 "Panther" and is recommended for all users.

Key enhancements include:

improved file sharing and directory services for Mac (AFP), UNIX (NFS), PPTP, and wireless networks
improved OpenGL technology and updated ATI and NVIDIA graphics drivers
improved disc burning and recording functionality
iPods connected via USB 2.0 are now recognized by iTunes and iSync
additional FireWire audio and USB device compatibility
updated Address Book, Mail, Safari, Stickies, and QuickTime applications
improved compatibility for third party applications
previous standalone security updates

For detailed information on this Update, please visit this website: http://www.info.apple.com/kbnum/n25764

It's a big mother, about 81.5 MB for the combined, and 41MB for the incremental version.
Both are for client version.

Do I need to uninstall Paranoid Andriod before installing Mac OS 10.3.4 Update or do I just leave Paranoid Android alone because it is still needed even with OS X 10.3.4?

I don't see any Finder changes listed but I'll ask anyway:

Can those of you who installed the update try something? 1) Open a Finder window in column view, 2) preview a Quicktime movie (or mp3), 3) try to select multiple items on the desktop (or "draw" a square on the desktop). Does the Finder work properly when selecting the items (or drawing the square)? Or does the Finder go bananas? Thanks again!

Are the background shadows fixed on the desktop icons? Seems like they might be as I can't get it to screw them up now.

The Mail.app bug where the action menu would get bigger and bigger every time you opened a new window has been fixed.

The Finder bug where it freaks out when you resize columns while previewing a file still isn't fixed though...

Not here...I always test this by mounting iDisk and then ejecting it...always shows the "shadow bug" thats plagued only certain configurations/machines...

Either it's the usual after-update placebo effect, but this thing is plenty fast. Mozilla 1.7rc2 runs faster than on 10.3.3. No clue whether it's related to rendering or some network improvements ...

yes, what about the airport extreme + 1GB (or more) of RAM problems?

i'm assuming they are still there because the release notes make no note of it.

There must be one hell of a server load; mine's been downloading for almost an hour, and I have cable. The web, however, is working fine, so it must be at Apple's end. Slowest download I've ever experienced.

Still didn't fix the screen cap bug. Tho I never submitted it as an issue and not sure if many people know about it. If I take a apple+shift+3 pic, hear the click and click on the desktop the icon and file will appear then vanish. If I wait for it to appear all is well.

Medal of Honor is faster and more playable in multiplayer online. Also when quiting a game the system is responsive. You don't have to wait for resources to be reallocated as badly as before.
