Finding the perfect to-do list is a bit of a Goldilocks process. Some apps are too simple, some are too complicated, and a fair amount of them seem to only include features we don't need, while simultaneously excluding all the ones that we do. Enter Percentify, the simplest, most put-together to-do app we've come across yet.


Percentify is quite possibly one of the most useful to-do lists we've taken a look at up to this point. We understand that it's a pretty big claim to make, but take a second to hear us out. Percentify is not feature-packed, but what it does offer is the exact things that we find useful in a to-do list. First, you create a list of things that need to be done. Tapping once on the list allows you to open it, and tapping twice on the list will allow you to edit the list name, or delete it.

The magic begins to happen once you've got your list open. Adding a task is easy -- just name the task, and the amount of time that you think it might take you to complete it. Then, as you check off each task, Percentify tells you how much of the list you've completed, as well as the estimated time you've got left to work. It helps to make big projects feel a lot more manageable, and we think that even though it's such a simple concept, it's executed perfectly.

So, if you don't need a bulky to-do list with tons of features, check out Percentify. It's simple, it's easy to use, and it keeps us on track far better than other apps. Percentify is available for iPhone, but will work on iPad with some stretching, and costs $1. Who Percentify is for: If you're the type of person who just needs to remember what they need to do, and would like a good way to prioritize things based on time investment, this is the perfect app for you.
