Running UTX PR3 Server?

	Hello, I'm trying to host a non dedicated server using UTX PR3 and keep getting an error that it can not load the "DE" File. The error pops up after loading the map. Anyone happen to know what this file is? I recall having to DL it from some servers. is it some kind of mod? any suggestions on this? Thanks it works great if I boot up in 9 BTW.
