Saw the first episode of AbFab last night, and they've got several nice shiny Macs on the set now....
There's a cube with what looks like a 17" display in Eddies kitchen
A Blue Dalmation iMac in the office, along with an Apple Cinema Display, but I couldn't see what it was connected to.
First time in a while I've seen Apple products on display so visibly on UK television

They resurrected AbFab? I had no idea but look forward to new episodes (and Macs too). Years ago Roseanne Barr attempted to bring a version of the show to American television, but that never panned out.
So the series begins where it left off? All the original characters and actors are back? Tell us more.

I agree, that's surprising. I wonder if it will show up here in America?

Yeah AbFab is back, with a new season.
All the regulars are back, Patsy, Edina, Saffie et al.
Jane Horrocks is back as Bubble, despite what the rumours said. They said she was going to come back as her character from Mirrorball, an Icelandic waitress, but Bubble is back. Jane Horrocks also plays a new character, an Anthea Turner-alike TV person.
Mother is also back, but this time she's in the digital age - the first episode saw her using a Cube, when she came out with a comment like "I've had enough of this dear, once you get into one of those porn sites its impossible to leave again!"

Who knows when you'll get them in the US... although I did notice that it is apparantly a joint production with Comedy Central, so you never know, it might be sooner rather than later

Can't wait. Lots of Macs to see too.
One thing I don't understand, however, is that AbFab seems to have been running for ten years, according to the decade timeline on Comedy Central's site.
I thought that there were only three seasons produced and that the final episode aired on Comedy Central here years ago was the final show ever. (It was the one when Patsy returned from New York and featured the hysterical old age dream sequence after the closing credits.) All the U.S. papers heralded it as the series' last, not just the last U.S. broadcast. Anybody else remember this?
You mean that people across the pond have been enjoying it all this time? Lucky bastards . . .
