Some movies I download from youtube have audio and video out of sync. Is there any types of video editing software that will help sync the audio with the video?

I doubt any program could do it automatically!!! I think it would require physically extracting the audio and shifting it against the video! Im not sure if you can do this in imovie, id like a solution for this too!
