Got these golden alloy today... the car now picks up so quick it feels like a performance ride!

15" taiwanese made one-piece alloy, i paid USD$550 for them and a new set of Goodyear SL (185/55)... wheel balanced and labour included... what a deal.

The rims are actually nice, I'm surprised to say.

The car, however, is...um...stunning.

I can see why you'd want to have it in stealth black.

Looks like it...it's similar to the US's Scion xB. There's a new one that lives about a block from my house.

The xB and the bB used to be the same car. Now the new xB is on its own platform and shares nothing with the new bB. It is also much larger than the bB now.

He said why he got them in his first sentence.
-"I don't believe in God. "
"That doesn't matter. He believes in you."

That's probably just too obvious for bpr.

Think Sealob will get an apology for his insinuating that he would edit his post? Should we be quoting bpr now?

k, other then them being cheap, why did he choose them. there, i showed that i noticed one reason why he got them (which i have since reading the post the first time), and asked a question that should be more obvious of a reason why i want to know why he got them.

Nope, quite a good day actually. Met a lot of cool new people, ate some interesting food. Don't project your experiences onto my life ok?

i could easily say **** you rr, but i won't. I'm cool like that. I asked a question a second time and the op replied rudely. no need to apologize or say that i am wrong.

also, rr, I'm sure you want things here to be civil, but you dont need to waste your time by going after me for being a jerk when the op was in the first place.

have a good night rr

Actually you just said that. So you're not cool.

The OP was wondering what exactly you were asking since he said why he bought them in the first post but you kept replying with "why?". Writing a proper sentence helps.

"He was a jerk first!". Sheesh. Act your age.

isn't actually an answer. The car now picks up better. So did Sealobo buy the wheels specifically for this purpose or did he buy them 'coz he thought they looked nice and the performance is just an unexpected side-effect?

Of course, there's no real reason why Sealobo has to have a reason to buy new wheels other than "because he wants to and he can". Just pointing out that the first line is not an answer to Alex's question.

You need to apologize for accusing him of possibly changing his post. That's rude. Note: you did change your post. That's hypocritical.

Look in the mirror dude. You were a jerk to him by continually asking him "why?". He asked you what you meant by "why?" and you simply repeated your "why?" question. That's rude. YOU were the first one being a jerk in the thread.

I think it is a sufficient answer to the "why?" question. Actually, it is a preemptive to the question.

However, "why?" has no meaning and is clearly indecipherable. "why?" what?!?! An intellegent question would be "Why did you buy those rims?".

aren't center caps just adding weight? not much but they are purely cosmetic. Those exact wheels are fairly popular in the states as well. Branded as SSR, what are yours? Also, you gots a nice boxster ya? Screw the haters!

You're still responsible for your actions. That includes taking the appropriate medication and refraining from activities that might cause it to surface.

Just slink away like jerks always do. You're just making a fool of yourself by not owning up to your mistake.
