I'm trying to allow a PC on my local ethernet to print to a localtalk Apple postscript printer. The printer is on a sonic->localtalk->ethernet adapter. It doesn't bridge IP, so an LPR client it out on the PC. I have an OSX server and think samba can set up a printer with a PC queue.
Is this the only way to do it? I thought Sharity may do it in a more friendly manner, but it only does the filesharing aspects of what samba does. I set up samba on a LinuxPPC machine a while back and didn't find it to be the easiest to configure.
Any suggestions?
