I'm trying to run the original UT on my iBook, but it says it can't find the DrawSprocket when it starts.

Can someone help me?

Are you running the OS 9 version in classic or do you have the Beta 3 update for MacOS X? It sounds like your running it in classic because Drawsprocket would be one of the Game Sprockets which as far as I know is only used in MacOS 9 or classic. I'd download and install the game sprockets into your MacOS 9 system folder. I believe they were extensions. http://www.versiontracker.com/php/se...lt%5B%5D=macos Not sure if the extensions work with classic.

UT1999 X beta3 can be found here.
This was a quick beta Glenda Adams worked on before leaving Westlake for Aspyr. It has some issues, and is not expected to be updated further.

Ryan Gordon is working on a much more robust port to OSX, but it is a free-time project and has been dragging on forever. It has reached closed beta testing. Keep an eye here for when the files will finally become available. Check here for occasional news about the port. When news blurbs do appear, they are listed under "UTPG", which seems to mean UT Preservation Group.
