Weird iPod Video Behavior

I was watching a trailor on my iPod, and wanted to listen to an audiobook. I paused the video in the middle, then went to Music to play my audiobook, and the iPod tried to play the audio from the video and the audiobook at the same time.
It seems if I watch or fast forward the video to the end, then switch to the audiobook, it works fine.
Any ideas?

known software bug. I've read about it elsewhere, so it's not your iPod that's broken.
