[Originally posted in iBook forum, sorry should have come here first]

My iBook is time stamping files and folders 7 hours ahead of the time the computer says it is i.e. the Date modified says 20:38 if I created the file or folder at 13:38.

I'm using OS 10.1.5.
I have tried changing my timezone but it had not effect except to change the displayed time.

If I boot into OS9 (different partition) I don't get this problem.

It's not a really big problem and it has been doing it for several months, but it is strange - any ideas?

TIA
Will
