I purchased an 4G 20gb iPod last week and I am now noticing that the 2 prong power connector (that connects to the wall) is loose. My iPod will not charge unless I shake the the A/C adapter and connector. I am wondering where it may be possible to just purchase this connector. I am only wandering this because I fear my iPod may get surged somehow and ruin the battery because when everything is plugged in and I have to try and shake the adapter connected to the circuit I notice that the iPod display goes from trying to charge to not recognizing power.

Warranty will cover that. You can also use a typic 2 prong cord with it if you wish
