A couple of years ago, an icon artist released this custom icon for Photoshop 7:

I have this icon, plus others he made for Illustrator and some other Adobe products back then. Recently, I used his basic framework to create for myself a set of custom icons for CS2. I would like to release them for public consummption, but am unwilling to do so unless I can find the original artist and get his permission.

If anyone knows the artist or knows how to reach him, it would be appreciated.

A. What was the title of the set?

B. Did the set come with a read me? If so, the author should be in there.

I am interested to get those icons. Could you send me them via PM? Thx.

A. I cannot remember, it was a while back, I just have the icons in Pixadex now.

B. If it did, I do not have it any more.

C. Do you mean the original set, or the set modded by me?

I can send you the ones from the original artist, but I am not comfortable sharing the others without permission.

I think it was Mike Matas who did those...the talented bugger

Just on the Photoshop Icon though it seems to be a combination of the Preview.app pages and the pipette from the Digital Colour meter in the Utilites folder so I think he was adapting icons himself.
The Illustrator icon looks to be original though
