ive downloaded some icons from iconfactory and i want to recolor them. how do i go about doing this?

i've used iconographer along with photoshop.
there might be better ways

You can export them as .png with pixadex, edit them, then used pic2icon to convert them back.

That's an interesting. Can you also use Iconverter App to convert the icon to a .png ??? Then, if I understand correctly, I can do whatever to the icon image then use pic2icon to change it back into an icon ??? I am definitely goind to try that. In addition to using iconographer I find iconMachine to be very useful and you shouldn't be without iconverter. Peace out . . .
