The loaded kexts suggest a problem with the hard drive. Perhaps the drive itself, the connections, or overheating if the ventilation isn't working.

Open up Disk Utility, click on the hard drive icon, and check the bottom of the DU pane. Look for the "smart status", tell us what it says.

If something getting hot is the cause, you could try chilling it in a fridge for a few minutes before booting. Then see if it runs longer before panicking.

when I turned off my bluetooth for my keyboard (i have a 27" attached) the kernel panic didnt accure........ Could this be something?

actually it got kernel panic even though bluetooth was off.....

am in "safe mode" now and it is running fine (got bluetooth on).

Tried putting it in the freezer to cool it down, but the kernel panic emerged immetiately when I turned it on

Dont know what to do. Would it help to erase everything and install osx 10.6.3 again maybe?

Never do this again. Putting it in the freezer will immediately condense any moisture inside your machine.
