I made it for a web site layout: http://www.crimsonrain.net/untitled/site/
I don't know how possable it would be to make into a real theme, I don't have the time, or know how to make themes though.

It would be possible, not on such a large scale but possible. And the black border isn't doable, which would create quite a different aesthetic.
