Is there a minimum number of system fonts for Leopard?

I just upgraded to Leopard and I now have over 200 fonts in my Library>Fonts folder. I'd love to pare this down to speed things up. Does anyone know the minimum font requirements and which fonts they are? I use FontAgent Pro to manage my fonts so I don't need many in the above mentioned folder.
What are the prevailing thoughts on this?

Nothing in /Library/Fonts is required. /System/Library/Fonts is the one you need to be very careful messing with. Generally, it's best to not touch it.

That's it - system running very smoothly without any problems - I took away all the Adobe and Microsoft fonts from the respective folders as well - especially makes Word and Illustrator so much better to use.....
