I have a TiBook and iBook, each with the White Apple AC adapter.
I also have a APC UPS (SUA1000i). The UPS has 8 outlets with the same kind of "accessory" AC connector as the aux power port on a G4.
I need a cord to go from the AC block to this connector, or from a standard US 2 prong plug to the aux power port on the UPS.
Technically the UPS uses the IEC-320 C14 plug (3 prongs that are enclosed within a "beveled shield"
Any ideas?

Easiest way would be to get an IEC cable, cut the end with beveled shield off, and put a female US 3 prong socket (or whatever socket you require) on the end.

Oops, I mean cut the end of the IEC cable that has the female connector!

Or just <a href="http://www.pccables.com/cgi-bin/orders6.cgi?action=Showitem&partno=01203" target="_blank">buy such a cable</a>.
Now the big question: why does a Powerbook need to be connected to the APC? The PowerBook has a 3-hour UPS built in, after all!

Well a proper surge protector will do the same or better job of that for far less money.
