I'm selling my 3 month old MBP. It's in excellent condition.
- Dual layer DVD burner.
- 120 gig HD.
- 2.16 ghz Core 2 Duo processor
- and the balance of my 3 years of AppleCare warranty (as of yesterday it had exactly 1000 days left! You can check on Apple's support website).
- And, get this, a full 3 gigs of RAM!
It'll be fully formatted so it's ready to go. I can install bootcamp if you'd like so that you don't need to deal with partitioning, etc. PM me about your specific considerations, software-wise. All original accessories included. Pics upon request.
edit: forgot to mention it's the 15" matte screen.

Someone PMed me about the VRAM. It's got 128 megs. The 2.16 version of the MBP only had that as an option. The 2.33 was the one with 256.

I think I see what the difference is; yours is a Core Duo. This is the Core 2 Duo model. Different generations of MBPs. See here. The Core Duo model did have 256 available in the 2.16 ghz speed. Here's a comparison of the Core Duo and the Core 2 Duo models.
Internally, the changes are more substantial. As the names imply, the "Core 2 Duo" models use the faster "Core 2 Duo" processor with two independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip and a shared 4 MB level 2 cache. The "Core 2 Duo" models also support a maximum of 3 GB of 667 MHz PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM (SO-DIMM), compared to 2 GB of memory in the models replaced. All use the same graphics processors -- an ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 -- but the amount of video memory varies.

3rd party. It has a lifetime warranty, though.
