$1250ish for the MBP w/ AppleCare, accessories at ~75% of retail
I'd sell them separately rather than trying to bundle it all up; it's very unlikely that someone would be looking for the exact same accessory kit as you.

I'd say you could get $1400 - $1600 for the whole bundle. The MBP itself around $1200-$1300.
I don't know what you mean that posting the questions together wouldn't be appropriate. How is it more appropriate that they're separate. And secondly, I don't think these threads, "feelers" as they're called, are technically allowed here anyway. So really, instead of one inappropriate thread, you have two.

Maybe appropriate is the wrong word. From my experience with any classified forum, 9 times out of 10 the thread is hijacked by someone who had a bad day or has nothing else better to do. So to stop that along with the questions about the authenticity that these items do actually exist I separated the posts.
Now on the other hand if I was to post these two items for sale here after the as you call it "feeler" post, that could be deemed inappropriate.
Thanks for everyone's input... It looks like have been sold as of this evening off a post on Craigslist...

The Core Duo models allowed you to custom build a 256 mb card. I have one too in my 2.16 Core Duo
