*yawn*

Cubbies - Sox: would have been great.
Cubbies - Yankees or Sox - Marlins: would have been good.
Yankees - Marlins: who gives a sh*t? If the Yankees win, whoopty freakin do, yet another Yankees win. If the Marlins win, yay, some lame team from Florida gets the title.

The Cubbies and Sox where what was generating interest in the World Series this year. Two of the biggest perennial underdogs in baseball making it to the World Series, and one of them winning, would be news.

Now, it's just another world series, nothing special to see here.

I was shocked that the Yankees lost last night. Wonder if it was that they were tired or if it was overconfidence?

I wonder if it was that Floridians were better athletes.
