I know there aren't any for Classic, but since I finally got OS X installed (well, moved over anyway) onto my G3 I was wondering if there are any CPU speed throttle apps for OS X.
I have some 68k games I REALLY want to play but they're too fast (like Pirates! Gold. I can't get enough of that game.)
Tied it on my Color Classic but the screen is too small. Most of my 68k games require a 640x480 screen. How ironic.

You can slow programs down using both of those apps. They re-prioritize apps, throttling the CPU for them. Did you read the post?

Surely both those apps just renice processes - that won't 'throttle' anything unless your cpu is already pegged out.
try turning off the 'Turbo' button!
Seriously, how old are these games that they don't use the clock to control their speed?
