And I would die to get one! Article on the watch, made out of ePaper. But of course it wont be out until 2009 or something.

But does anyone with a good knowledge know of a watch thats similar? I like the design of how its just 'wraps' around the arm and doesnt look like an ordinary watch. The closest thing I've seen is this.

the wrapping around the wrist isn't that new; bracelet type watches exist all over.

as for ePaper, no i haven't seen similar types of watches.

and, to help with your search...search for 'cuff watches'. cuff watches aren't bands that go all the way around like a normal watch band, but are like the one the ePaper watch uses. the watch slips over the wrist.

course, i don't know any fancy ones that tell time 'different' like the ePaper or the binary. most of the cuff watches i've seen (and from a quick google) are just normal watch faces placed inside a cuff bracelet

I've been planning to get this one for over a year:
Also comes with a black face. (not the racist kind).

My RA's aunt works at Nixon watches, and she hooked me up with this bad boy for free: http://www.nixonnow.com/za/NNS?PAGE=...=524&MENU_ID=1

I lost my dress watch last time I was in Vancouver - now I wear a Suunto Regetta all the time unless dressing up.

completely fugly. Get a regular watch, or one with built in video. I hope we have that by 2009.
