I use two email suffixes for my email addresses. Some with .pipex and some with .btinternet. Since two days ago I can send all emails ok but I am not receiving emails to any of my .bt addresses in Mail, but can receive all that are addressed to .pipex. I have checked all my btinternet settings but cannot see what the problem is. However I can receive ALL emails when I use Thunderbird which I have as a separate secondary email client. It seems that Mail is filtering all incoming BT emails but not preventing the outgoing. I am using Thunderbird satisfactory but would like to use Mail as my preference. Can anyone help on this please? I am running Lion OSX with Mail v5.2

Do you have access to the SMTP server's log files?

It would be very strange for a client to be in the business of SMTP access control.
