I get spam occasionally from the same email address. Can I set up a message filter to delete any emails on receipt from that address automatically without reading?
Of course. You don't say what you're using for mail but if it's Apple Mail, just go into the preferences and go to Rules. Then create a rule for the email address in question and what you want to do with messages from that address.
