I have downloaded a new install of Skype v7.50 on my iMac (Sierra OS) but find it is very different to what I am used to. I used Skype regularly some years ago on my old iMac (Lion OSX) but it's all changed!

Three questions to ask please.
1 I loaded my contacts but find that several are missing. How do I get Skype to recognise them.
2 When I open a contact to make a video call there is no video icon on screen only telephone and text (which is not free).
3 I have tried to figure out how to post a question on the community page without success, how do you do it?
I cannot use Facetime as recipients are on Windows.

Very frustrated! Any help greatly appreciated.
